At Last her gallant soul ‘Took Flight’.
Into the Land Where There is no Night’.
But her name is carved in Our Hearts to stay
As we think of the things that she used to say.
So she is not dead, she’s only ‘Gone On’
Into a Brighter, More Wonderful Dawn‘
For people like her were not born to die,
But like the Sun that shines in the Sky,
She warms the earth and the hearts of all,
And in Happy Remembrance she lives again.
So while she sleeps and her voice is still,
